成立於1999年，有感於當代年輕人逐漸失去對傳統文化的興趣，希望用傳統與創新的手法再次點燃大眾對傳統音樂的熱情。演出包含印尼各地曲調，並融合各國特殊的音樂元素，是印尼文化的國際親善大使，受邀於各國藝術節中演出。

Mantra Indonesia was established in 1999 to bring the traditional culture to the youngsters through the mixture of the traditional and modern music. They blend the world musical elements into the traditional Indonesian tunes. They have been performing in the art festivals in many countries and have become the cultural advocate of the Indonesian culture.
