　　1990 年始，朱丁順老師投入了恆春調的傳承，傳承工作足跡遍及恆春、墾丁、山海、大光、長樂、永港等各國小民謠社團，擔任各民謠社團的指導老師，也到滿州傳藝，也是薪傳獎得主。朱丁順將半輩子生活清苦歷練經驗與情感，融入民謠彈唱，其獨特的民謠詮釋，別樹一格，無人能模仿，因而博得「民謠大師」雅號。

　　「淡水走唱團」的名稱緣於台灣北部有淡水河，南部有下淡水河，東部也有淡水溪。台灣的河川之美孕育無窮的人文生活及民眾生機，台灣的山脈森林，及環抱的太平洋，也正是宇宙賦予此地人們生存及生活的美感泉源，而這也是淡水走唱團創作靈感的泉源。

　　胡德夫，台東卑南族原住民，在1970年代，胡德夫已是台灣知名的民歌手， 海山媒礦災變，目睹同胞受難遺骸，創作「為什麼」。此後，參興原住民運動不遺餘力，並以「美麗的稻穗」、「大武山」、「美麗媽媽」等歌曲演唱與參與各種社會運動。1990年後於黑名單工作室製作之「搖籃曲」中發表「不不歌」等，致力於卑南、排灣、阿美等族群傳統歌謠之採集與學習，鑽研「Hay Yang Blues」的創作方向；發表「雲豹」、「我們的島」等歌曲及籌備首張個人專輯。

許景淳

　　許景淳的作品，獲頒台灣及國外多項獎項，在音樂上的成績斐然，不僅有高達十次獲金曲獎、金鼎獎之台灣最佳唱片大獎之紀錄，更跨足國際，曾獲頒美國聖地牙哥影展、法國南特影展之最佳配樂及演唱獎項。她的演唱也曾獲日本波麗佳音唱片公司欣賞，邀請她在日本發行國語專輯並巡迴演唱。

Mr. Jhu Ding Shun

　Mr. Jhu Ding Shun dedicated his life in passing down Hengchun folk songs since 1990. He has taught in the folk music clubs in many elementary schools in Hengchun, Kenting, Shan Hai, Da Guang, Jhang Le, and Yong Gang…etc. He also taught in Manjhou. Further more, he is the winner of the Global Chinese Culture & Arts Award. He uses his difficult life experience and emotion in his folk songs. The unique song interpretation that no one else can imitate helped him to become the “Master of Folk Song.”

　The name of the band originates from the fact that there are Tamsui River at the north, Siatamsui River at the south and Tamsui Stream at the east of Taiwan. The beautiful rivers cultivate the culture and life of Taiwan. The mountains and forests in Taiwan and the ocean surrounding the island are given by the nature as the origin of life and inspiration. This is also the creative inspiration of the Tamsui River Band.
Awards received by Mr. Chen Ming Chang are:
1986 《Dust in the Wind》directed by Hou Hsiao-Hsien won the Best Original Score in the Festival of the 3 Continents.
1993《The Puppet Master》directed by Hou Hsiao-Hsien won the Best Original Score in the Flanders International Film Festival.
1995《Maboroshi》directed by the Japanese Koreeda Hirokazu won the Best Original Score in the Japanese Academy Award
1998《March of Happiness》directed by Lin Cheng-Sheng won the Best Original Score in the Asia-Pacific Film Festival and Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival.

　Hu De Fu, a native Puyama in Taitung, has been a famous folk singer in Taiwan since 1970s.
After witnessing the death of his tribal men in the Haishan Coal Mine Disaster, he wrote the song “Why.” Since then, he participated in every aboriginal activity. He participated in social activity by singing “Beautiful Ears of Paddy Rice”, “Da-Wu Mountain”, and “Beautiful Mother.” He issued the “No-no Song” in the album “Lullaby” produced by the Black List Studio after 1990. He dedicated himself in collecting and learning traditional tribal folk songs of Puyama, Paiwan, and　Amis. He studied the “Hay Yang Blues”; and issued songs like “Clouded Leopard” and “Our Island” and is now working on his first album.

Ms. Syu Jing Chun

　The works of Ms. Syu Jing Chun have received many prizes in Taiwan and other countries. She won the Best Album in Golden Melody Awards and Golden Awards ten times. And she also received the Best Original Score and the Best Singer in San Diego Asia American Film Festival and Festival of Three Continents in France. She was invited to issue her Chinese album and tour concerts in Japan by Pony Canyon Album Company for her wonderful voice.

　The Hohak Band was established in 2003.They are good at integrating Hakka folk songs with jazz, rock and roll, and African music into a new style of Hakka music.
